tile. First and Foremost, a project, particularly one done with
a public agency is a long term commitment to a community. For
many years Richard has represented projects throughout Southern
California , including Oceanside, Riverside,
El Monte, South Gate, Pomona, Glendora, Arcadia, Sierra
Madre, Monrovia, Duarte, Azusa and others. In all of
these places, we've developed strong bonds and commitments.
